Why don’t the wealthy today contribute to American society like the wealthy in the early 1900s?

Carnegie always be constructed? libraries and free schools, said “he who dies rich dies disgraced.” Rowntree, set the model place for the poor condition? No free health in school, and pension funds. These men use their wealth to expand the Education? No, the arts and health in the United States shared the wealth that deb? An al pa? S that allowed? become rich. Today in d? A, Gates and Buffet are tuning up? To the developed world? Fiscal resources by controlling the population? N? Africa.
