My son received this book for Christmas. He sat down and choose only one of many topics to read. It is a fun and easy to learn. A wide range of topics. When not in use, often through the book. VERY GOOD! PS, I’ll buy a copy today for my niece.

I liked this book because I’m going to read! For a non-scientific, that means a lot.
Each topic is divided into separate applications, which helps – not too complicated.
The arguments are interesting, even those who normally is not all that interested in science. On the other hand, my husband who is very experienced scientists enjoyed this book and I learned a great curiosity, here and there. According to him, science is “good” in this book, so I really appreciated for that reason.
In short, a book is fun to have. Even our children (9 years) enjoyed her.

The Handy Science Answer Book is the dream of every writer. There are so many wonderful ideas that can generate in this book is incredible. A book of great information to fill your head with a child at the age of the questions. A great learning expiernce. I think everyone should have this book and others like him. You never young or old to learn and this book is an excellent starting point. Thanks for the great book of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.

I bought this book, the first edition as a whim. I did not know, however, the intrinsic life of science touches every day. Random challenge anyone not to uncover and find something damn damn interesting. collective nouns (“a murmuration transfers”), how celestial objects are called, so the lines of a universal bar code say that this is the perfect book for all parents whose children’s curiosity to ask: “Why the sky is blue? “(You can try for yourself.) keep this book close at hand, so I can understand why my weatherperson feel it is so important for me to read the barometer, or because hurricanes are called what they am. Enjoy.
