Chapter 1 – Introduction and Carnegie Library – Downtown San Luis Obispo Walking Tours
This is the beginning of the tour which starts in front of the beautiful Carnegie Library building now home to the History Center. Built in 1906, it is one of the oldest buildings in the city.
