Library Memoirs

While attending high school, students are not given permission to enter the hall of the library. The librarian would extend from the books in the classroom every Friday and we had to choose the works. Most of the works were only cartoons. The librarian believes that students are not mature enough to read and understand the other comic books. The following Friday, we had to return the books. We are entitled to take two books a week. Once, by accident I entered the library and saw a large book with apnea. What was dictionary. E ‘was the first time in my life, was aware that there are some books in the world, published in this large format! But I was fortunate to experience the thrill of more than two minutes. The librarian found my “crime”. “He shouted and took a stick and started beating me mercilessly hard. “You Rascal, who gave you permission to enter the library?” Get lost “. When I entered college, I felt like I was traveling in the sky. There was a head librarian, who was assisted by more than fifteen employees – if I remember correctly. They were kind of stimulant. Students were allowed to take books off the shelves and sit on couches and take notes. The furniture system is simply excellent. The shelves of reference books normally kept closed. But when “friendship” with the books and shelves, library assistants became so generous to give me the key group to open the library. E ‘was really the golden age of my life. I have read many good Kannada novels, stories, books on sociology and so forth. Often I referred big dictionaries. While English-to-English translation is found in abundance in the library, I found English-to-Kannada dictionaries have been more useful to improve my English. Lenin once said: The real success of a library depends on the number of books you have. It depends on the fact that, like library books is spreading among the public. In my auto-biography read the paper return. But I read of Andrew Carnegie. He cites two libraries was strange. First it was “walking library.” An ancestor of his father (or her? “I do not remember correctly), it would take a lot of books and distribute to other men and, after a few days, we went home to retrieve the books. Another” library “really was a house in which the owner generously to the children to use books available paper. I have some bad memories, too. Theft is rampant books. The books students involved some small part of his shirt and left the library and nobody might suspect. I would highlight the practice of scribbling on the pages of the books in the library with dismay. Tear the pages was very common. Despite advice from library staff and students, after reading the books, only have to put on the table and the library staff will put on the shelves in accordance with the reservation number, some students do not listen. misplace books and is, therefore, the books were not easy to find again. When I remember my school days, the memories are indelible belong to the university library.
